This research focuses on rural schools in an environment with limited resources. The challenge was to identify which factors should be given priority in order to significantly improve school results. A questionnaire survey of teachers enabled us to draw up a detailed picture of the state of school education, and to put forward elements for analyzing the problem. These include, in particular, the lack of basic training for most teachers, and the inadequacy of in-service training where it exists. The teaching profession is complex (Belair, 2012). There are countless unpredictable parameters. Teaching is not just about possessing Knowledge-Knowledge, but above all requires experience and practice.
