In recent years, organizational resilience (OR) has emerged as an appropriate solution, on a par with performance and efficiency. This article puts forward a conceptual framework that explains the relationship between entrepreneurial behavior through ambidexterity and OR, while mobilizing the theory of Focus regulators. Research hypotheses have been developed to shed light on the mechanisms governing this relationship.
