The study "entrepreneurial intention and its determinants: evidence from masters' level management students of Tribhuvan University" is a relatively new topic in the context of Nepal. The aim of this research is to have a good understanding of the antecedents of the entrepreneurial intention of students and to analyze the determining factors regarding gender, family business background, entrepreneurial education, subjective norms, desire for independence, and need for achievement and their influence on entrepreneurial intention. Results show that family business background, entrepreneurial education, subjective criteria, and need for achievement have an effect on student's entrepreneurial intention and the desire for independence shows no significant relationship with it.
