Ms. Reshel Bretny Fernandes born on 30-10-2002 at Surathkal, Mangalore daughter of Mr. Ronald and Mrs. Nancy (Teachers) is a young writer and orator who has accomplishmemts at International, National State and other level In literary activities. She has completed P.U. from Ladyhill Victoria PU college with State 7th Rank and District First Rank in the Arts stream and B.A. in Hindi from Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha and also B.A. general (History Economics Political science) from Sri Mahaveera college Moodbidri. She is presently pursuing LL.B. at S.D.M. LAW COLLEGE MANGALORE. She has pursued certificate courses in Disaster management, Human resource management, Public health management, Cyber Law. She served as Student Editor of Lex Plus Student Law Review 2024. Also having an interest to study public administration. She has presented 10 articles in International and National journals. Also is an active volunteer in two organizations Disha Bharat and Samartha Bharata. She has been awarded with Rabindranath Tagore literature awards and Bharatiya Sahitya Sanman by Dawn Research and Development Council for literary excellence and other honours from different organisations. She has more than 150 achievements in literary field. She has been appreciated on successfully publishing her first book "ESSAYS ON COLLECTIVE TOPICS" by Taneesha Publishers at the age of 21.
