Testicular cancer is a disease of the young adult, accounting for around 1% of all male cancers. The aim of this study is to compare the results of our series of 14 patients with those reported in the literature. Through a retrospective cohort study, spread over a 5-year period from January 2016 to March 2021, we report 14 cases collected from the oncology department of the cancer control center (CLCC) and the pathological and cytopathological anatomy laboratory of the Sidi Bel Abbés University Hospital. Analysis of these 14 patients revealed the following results:Annual incidence was estimated at an average of 2.33 new cases. The average age was 36.5 years (16-49 years). The distribution according to 10-year age groups showed a peak between 20 and 29 years of age, i.e. 50%. From this study and the review of the literature, we can conclude that testicular cancer continues to benefit from therapeutic advances, but early diagnosis remains the key to a good prognosis.
