In the Guémon health region, data are analyzed in a fragmentary way, hence the aim of this study, which aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the situation in the region. This is a descriptive cross-sectional study of data extracted from the national Magpi database for the period 2017-2023A total of 1119 notified cases for 120 confirmed cases, representing a positivity rate of 10.7%. The median age was 5 (1-53) years. For the period 2017-2023, the annual incidence was respectively 19.41, 22.48, 24.20, 21.92, 12.24, 14.31, 10.87 per 100,000 inhabitants.Annual increase in measles cases in children with low vaccination coverage, with a high incidence in 2020, which could be explained by the COVID 19 pandemic.
