Georges SAMBA PADOU est né au Congo. Il a fait ses études universitaires à l'Université Marien N'gouabi (Brazzaville) et obtient un D.E.S.S en Diplomatie. Il est Titulaire d'un MBA en Criminologie, Criminalistique et Détective Privé obtenu à Wuacademy (Pays-Bas). Il a été Chargé d'Affaires à l'Ambassade du Congo en Allemagne (Berlin).
