BIO - SKECTH: Prof. M. Kongolo holds B.SC. in Economics from the University of Zaire, M.SC. Rural Economics from the Federal University of Vicosa, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and a Ph.D. Economics from the Potchefstroom University, South Africa. He¿s lectured economics to all levels at the various Universities in South Africa.
