Gombojav Delgermaa erwarb 2002 einen Bachelor von Management in Ökotourismus am Internationalen Institut für Tourismusmanagement in der Mongolei. Im Jahr 2016 erhielt sie ihren Master-Abschluss in Umwelttechnik von der Universität Kitakyushu in Japan. Ihr Forschungsinteresse gilt der Recyclingwirtschaft und der Bewirtschaftung fester Siedlungsabfälle.
