Andrew Goodwyn is Emeritus Professor at the University of Reading where he was Head of the Institute of Education, he is a former school teacher and has worked in educational research and scholarship and teacher education, publishing extensively for over 40 years. Nasreen Majid is an educator with over 25 years' of experience. She is a Lecturer in Education at University College London, UK. Samson Maekele Tsegay is a Research Fellow at Anglia Ruskin University, UK. Samson studied MA and PhD degrees in Educational Leadership and Policy.
