Inambao Mubitelela was born on 14th February, 1989 in Kitwe Copperbelt Province of Zambia and is a Lozi by tribe, having Diploma in Records Management and currently completed Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration with ICU. Currently working at Ministry of local Government and Rural Development-Pemba Town Council of Southern Province of Zambia.
