This paper analyses and reflects on the role that the evaluation of scientific production in Qualis A1 (production considered to be of excellence) has played in Postgraduate Programmes in Education and in the scientific field. L'auteur est titulaire d'un diplôme en pédagogie et d'un master en éducation de l'université d'État de Campinas. Elle a bénéficié d'une bourse FAPESP de 2013 à 2014 pour développer des projets de premier cycle, et d'une bourse CNPq pendant son programme de master. Elle travaille actuellement comme enseignante dans l'enseignement primaire public à Campinas - SP.
