Tambur Pavani è nata ad Ananthapuram, Andhra Pradesh, India e ha conseguito la laurea in Genetica (2010) presso l'Università Osmania di Hyderabad. Ha conseguito un master in nanotecnologia (2013) presso la Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University di Hyderabad. È interessata a conseguire il dottorato di ricerca in nanotecnologia.
