Social workers are charged with implementing interventions that are applicable and supported by the best available evidence. However, little effort is devoted to helping students and social workers unpack how to cultivate the optimal conditions for implementing an intervention plan that aligns with client needs and preferences and is supported by science. This book offers a framework for applying a process that guides social workers in developing and implementing evidence-supported intervention plans - and monitoring whether those plans are effective. Acknowledging the complexity of context in the EBP process, each chapter offers detailed instructions and case studies that serve as both examples for engaging in this process.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.
