Kathi Cameron BKin., MA, RCC holds an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and master's degrees in both exercise and sports psychology and clinical counselling. She has worked as a fitness instructor, kinesiologist, director, and educator in the health and fitness profession before moving into clinical counselling.
