Vasia Agapitou erwarb ihren B.Sc. in Psychologie an der Panteion Universität in Athen und ihren Master in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität von Hull (UK). Sie promovierte im Bereich Führung an der Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) und erhielt ein Vollstipendium der staatlichen Stipendienstiftung.
