Francine Siegert ist ein Mädchen aus Rio Grande do Sul, geboren im Süden Brasiliens, in der Stadt Pelotas. Im Alter von 16 Jahren kam sie an die Bundesuniversität Pelotas (UFPel) und entschied sich für ein Lehramtsstudium im Bereich der Bildenden Kunst, das sie 2013 abschloss.
