Le Dr Marongwe est titulaire d'un doctorat en psychologie de l'éducation de l'université Walter Sisulu, d'une maîtrise en éducation, spécialisation en programmes et arts, d'une licence en éducation et d'un diplôme en éducation de l'université du Zimbabwe.
