Chen Ping is a professor, software designer, and Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP). He is a senior member of the China Computer Federation and a recognized teaching excellence awardee in Anhui Province. As the leading figure in the Software Technology program at higher vocational colleges in Anhui, Chen has served in various academic leadership roles, including department head and director of academic affairs. Chen's research focuses on software engineering, software technology, and mobile application development. He teaches core courses such as Object-Oriented Programming in Java, Advanced Java Development, and Data Structures and Algorithms (Java Edition). He has led three major natural science research projects funded by the Anhui Provincial Department of Education and has directed six quality engineering projects related to high-level professional, team, and curriculum development. Chen has authored and co-authored four textbooks and published over ten academic papers. He has received three provincial-level teaching achievement awards, and his MOOCs, such as Object-Oriented Programming in Java and Data Structures and Algorithms (Java Edition), have been launched on multiple online learning platforms.
