De-motivation is a multi-dimensional problem that affects not only aspects of different sectors of the social system, but also those of the socio-educational organization.This study offers us the opportunity to deepen our knowledge of teacher demotivation and its influence on the quality of work of pupils in Catholic schools in the city of Goma.To carry out this work, we opted for the questionnaire survey technique and selected a total of 207 teachers. After collecting and analysing the data, we arrived at results that rejected our initial hypothesis. As our sample was exhaustive and equal to the study population, we generalize the result to the entire population.
