Frau Joan Jelimo hat einen B.Ed. (Arts) und einen M.Ed. von der Moi University. Derzeit ist sie Verwaltungsangestellte an der University of Eldoret. Seit 2013 unterrichtet sie außerdem Diplom- und Bachelor-Studierende an der University of Eldoret, der Kisii University und der Mt. Kenya University. Ihr Forschungsinteresse gilt der Bildungssoziologie.
