We all consciously (or not) strike to improve our Quality of Life. Sleep is one of many aspects that has a high impact on our QoL. Several factors have a positive or negative influence on our sleep and therefore on our QoL. Awareness of the factors impacting sleep contributes to a consciousness of initiatives to improve one's quality of life. Sleep is indispensable for the human body and brain normal functions. The physiological basis for sleep is still not well understood and even defining what sleep is can cause difficulties. New technologies have made it possible to monitor all aspects of our lives to optimize them including our sleep quality and quantity. Several factors have a positive or negative impact on the sleep quality. Factors like light, alcohol, lunar phases, etc. are some of the factors tested in this user study. This book only consists of some of the factors and the research will go on.
