Ginger Swanson, Ph.D., is a mother, writer, teacher, and depth psychologist. Dr. G., as she's often called, is also a meditation recording artist with a passion for film, literature, and the arts. She fuels her creativity through music and writing and by tuning into the beauty, sound, and vibration of nature. Her meditative recordings are designed to help both children and adults heal the body, calm the mind, comfort the heart, and nurture the soul. With a deep commitment to the well-being of both people and the Earth, Dr. G. playfully describes herself as a "wood-chopping, water-carrying woman." A lifelong lover of wildlife, she finds peace in nature and makes her home on a mountain pass near Santa Barbara, California.
