What does it mean to honor God with one's body in everyday life? How can movement--walking, stretching, resting, dancing--become worship, testimony, and healing? Faith in Motion: The Workbook invites readers to explore the sacred connection between faith and physical activity. Designed as a practical companion to Faith in Motion: How Religion Inspires Physical Activity, this interactive guide offers Scripture anchors, reflection prompts, real-life testimonies, and creative exercises that bridge the gap between what we believe and how we live. Whether used individually, in small groups, or across congregations, the workbook provides space to reflect, act, and imagine new rhythms of embodied faith. From Sabbath walks to family challenges, from leadership modeling to community witness, it reframes ordinary movements as extraordinary acts of worship. This is not another health plan. It is a spiritual journey--an invitation to align belief and behavior, head and heart, body and soul. Take a step. Breathe. Stretch. Pray. Discover how every movement can become a sermon of grace and how the body itself can be a testimony of faith in motion.
