Rob George is Professor of Law and Policy at University College London and a barrister at Harcourt Chambers. His research interests within the field focus on the family justice system and parenting disputes, with a particular specialism in international child law. Sharon Thompson is Reader in Law at Cardiff University. She researches the areas of adult relationships, financial remedies on divorce, prenuptial agreements, and the history of family law in the twentieth century, particularly focusing on feminist perspectives. Joanna Miles is Emerita Fellow of Trinity College, University of Cambridge, where she was Professor of Family Law & Policy until autumn 2022. Her research interests include the legal regulation of adult relationships, family property law, and financial remedies on relationship breakdown and death.
