For centuries, men have been trained to suppress their feelings, and they've been taught to connect in shallow ways with the people around them. In Feelings Are Stupid, author Ed White is brave enough to challenge these norms and ask men new questions about relationships and spirituality. Written from a Christian point-of-view, this book is not simply the antidote to toxic masculinity, it's your permission to feel.
