As a personal health and fitness consultant, his mission is to educate and provide positive motivation and lifestyle routines that will give you an adequate road map to living an active and healthy life. Alonso has held Certifications with N.A.S.M. / A.C.E. and E-RYT 200 and has over 31 years of experience not only as a fitness and yoga teacher; he has had the opportunity to manage "Porto Vita" a multi-million dollar facility located in the heart of Aventura Florida. His clients range from celebrities to stay-at-home moms, professional athletes to business executives. Before my experience in my Yoga teacher training, I had never encountered living a life with purpose and awareness. so I took this opportunity to create a journal that would trigger a response using questions, inspirational quotes and my personal thoughts that helped me evolve in becoming aware and present through meditation and journaling.
