This work was based on research into the databases of USP's Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Psychology and Faculty of Physiotherapy, as well as a review of classes already taught in the Master of Science and Doctorate in Psychoanalysis, focussing on Psychosomatic Diseases and Muscle and Bone Injuries. The aim was to prepare material to explain the importance of First Aid to students in the classroom. All this to reinforce to them that understanding Physiotherapy is not enough, Rehabilitation is also done with Prevention, and that's where the importance of First Aid comes in, 'Prevention'. With this work, I'm trying to leave them with some Didactic Research Material that they can use as a basis for more advanced research. I hope that the students of the subjects I teach at universities in São Paulo, Brazil, will make good use of this material, which can also be read and learnt by anyone interested in helping others. Thank you in advance to my colleagues and teachers who helped me complete this work.
