Mental illness is widespread, and schizophrenia is one of the most confounding and least understood. Here, a sister tells the story of her brother’s schizophrenia, the impact on him, and on her, and her family. She offers a voice to the many thousands of sisters and brothers who watch their beloved siblings sink into this confusing and frightening illness, offering hope and inspiration for any who has seen a loved one develop schizophrenia.
