Charley Stricker is a former D1 athlete in women's water polo, an MA counseling student, and an aspiring PhD candidate dedicated to exploring the powerful connection between the mind, body, and nutrition. With firsthand experience competing at the highest colligate level and the relentless demands of athletic performance-both mentally and physically-Charley is passionate about sharing her research with others. Charley's journey as an athlete fueled a deep passion for sports psychology, movement optimization, and holistic nutrition, which led her to a career in mental health counseling. She is on a mission to bridge the gap between physical training and mental resilience to help athletes prioritize both peak performance and long-term well-being.
