Cheyenne La Tour, aka "Shy," is a young successful African American computer engineer in New York City hearing the whisper "there must be something more." She decides to leave a lucrative career with M.H. Duran, Inc. and join a small group of like-minded visionaries who bring the Internet to Rwanda, Africa. Fiber Optic cable is scheduled for installation which began in 1993 offering a quantum leap in communication to the people in Africa.
