As I wrote these books, I began developing a philosophical doctrine to go along with it. In the books, it is called the Measure of Balance. This is a principle that carries a rigid interpretation of who and what we must be as a society that desires to evolve. And compromise is not a part of it. If we should ever desire to travel beyond our ancestral home, we must do so as one body. Anything less will descend into chaos.
