This book is an excellent material pertaining to classical genetics of Anopheles stephensi. Anopheles stephensi is an urban malarial vector in the Indian Subcontinent. This book contains information on geographical distribution of races of Anopheles stephensi from India. It is known that 'type' form is predominant form of the vector. The book also has data on two mutants, one bady colour mutat 'dark larva' and another eye colour mutant 'sienna eye', thier inheritance pattern, allelic and linkage studies with other mutants from our laboratory.
