Yasmine J. Awais, MAAT, ATR-BC, ATCS, LCAT, LPC, is a doctoral candidate in Social Welfare at the Graduate Center, City University of New York. Awais has published and presented nationally and internationally on supervision, cultural humility, and competency. Her research interests center diversity in the creative arts therapies and in higher education. Daniel Blausey, MA, ATR-BC, ATCS, LCAT, is a New York City-based art therapist in private practice providing art therapy, psychotherapy, and supervision. He has presented nationally and internationally on supervision, adult survivors of sexual trauma, and sex-positive clinical practices.
