Leandro "Lany" Tapay, born in Balilihan, Bohol, earned degrees in Education and Counseling, studying in the Philippines and the U.S. He taught religion, Latin, and philosophy in schools and prisons, served as a Guidance Director, and led mission efforts as Diocesan Director in Columbus. A lifelong educator and caregiver, Lany is known for his deep commitment to learning, service, and community.
