A grandmother and great-grandmother, Christy Johnson is a retired medical office legal manager. A member of Apostolic Outreach Center in New Orleans, she is an intercessor, prayer warrior, and a valiant woman of God who ministers as God leads. Prior to Hurricane Katrina, she was the founder and director of My Sister's House, an organization that provides battered women and children with temporary housing. She is passionate about ministering to victims of domestic violence and abuse. A native New Orleanian, she lives in Slidell, Louisiana.
