Autorenporträt
Prof. Chao Xu received B.E., and Ph.D. degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, in 2002, and 2007, respectively. He spent one year working as a postdoctoral fellow at University of Canterbury from 2013-2014. He is currently a full professor at the School of Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. His main areas of research interest are dynamics of jointed structures, next-generation intelligent aerospace structures, and structural health monitoring.

Prof. Dongwu Li received B.E., Masters, and Ph.D degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, in 2014, 2017, and 2021, respectively. He then worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University for two years. He is now an associate professor at the School of Astronautics, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. His research interests include surface and interface mechanics, and structural dynamics.
