The feeling of not being qualified to lead is a major reason why Christians fail to answer the call to lead organizations or even small groups, but is that feeling verifiable? Is there such a thing as a born leader or is leadership a skill that can be learned and practiced by every Christian? Gideon experienced the same feelings of inadequacy and even fear, but God had a plan that took him from being the least in his tribe to being the leader of Israel. This book breaks down that plan and presents the major steps today's Christians need to take to fulfill God's plan for them.
