What if leadership wasn't about shining the brightest-but about holding people together when it matters most? In From Glow to Glue, author Jeffrey Jaime reveals a groundbreaking leadership approach that prioritizes emotional connection, service, and purpose over ego and status. Blending compelling stories, faith-infused wisdom, and practical strategies, this book reveals how leaders can move from fleeting inspiration to lasting transformation-building cultures where loyalty, trust, and meaning stick. Drawing from real-world leadership experiences and transformational moments, it teaches readers how small acts of kindness, intentional connection, and values-driven leadership form the invisible bonds that hold great teams, families, and organizations together. Along the way, it dismantles the myth that using charisma, rather than compassion and courage, will create legacies that endure. More than a leadership manual, From Glow to Glue offers a timeless blueprint for anyone ready to lead with heart, leave a lasting impact, and build bonds that never break.
