Dr. Horn lives in a retirement residential senior citizen facility in Arizona. A career educator, Horn served as vice president at the American Graduate School of International Management (the Thunderbird School), the University of Maryland University College, and the University of Texas San Antonio. For two and a half decades, he worked at American international schools in and the Middle East. In his Ph.D. dissertation, Horn designed an algorithm to optimize interactive relationship between schools and multinational corporations on a worldwide scale. Horn received a bachelor's of science from Concordia Teacher's College, Seward, NE, a master's of arts from The University of California, Santa Barbara, CA and a doctor of philosophy from Purdue University, IN. Dr. Horn is a widower. He has two children and two grandchildren.
