Sheila J. Nesteruk (B.A. D.E.C. A.R.H) received her education in Hull, Quebec, and Calgary, Alberta. She is a human-relations analyst and has lived and worked in both Mexico and Japan. A native of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, she now lives in Valleyfield, Quebec. She is a passionate animal-rights activist.
