Albert Mutonga Matongela ist seit 14 Jahren im Bankensektor tätig, davon 12 Jahre im Bereich Zahlungssysteme. Er besitzt einen MA in Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Universität Dar es Salaam und einen MBA der Regent Business School. Bei der First National Bank of Namibia ist er in der Abteilung Payments Product House für regulatorische Angelegenheiten und Forschung zuständig.
