A Dra. BHUVANESWARI SIVAKUMAR, com 21 anos de experiência no sector empresarial e académico, tanto na Índia como no estrangeiro, trabalhou tanto no Sul como no Norte da Índia. A nível académico, fez o seu doutoramento na Universidade de Bharathidhasan, Trichirapalli, sobre o tema "Learning Behaviour of Entrepreneurs". É autora de cinco livros sobre a disciplina de gestão em Tamil Nadu.
