Uwem Essia is a Professor of Economics and former Regional Director of the Pan African Institute for Development - West Africa (PAID-WA) Buea, Cameroon (2014 - 2020). Akoh Baudouin is currently the National Liaison on Security of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Cameroon.
