The findings of this study contributes immensely to the development of the economy especially in the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing sector forms the backbone of most developing countries in the world.

Hama Aleck est né au Zimbabwe en 1979. Il est conférencier et consultant en affaires. Il a fait ses études à l'Université des sciences de l'éducation de Bindura, où il a obtenu un BBS Hons en banque et finance et un PGDTE. Il est titulaire d'un MBA de l'Université ouverte du Zimbabwe. Il est membre de ZIM. Il a travaillé pendant huit ans comme responsable financier à l'Université ouverte du Zimbabwe.
