Tuija Mononen is University Researcher with title of docent in Environmental Policy at the University of Eastern Finland, where she is Head of the Research Center for Mining, Minerals, and Society (CEMMS). Lasse Peltonen is Professor of Environmental Governance and Conflict Resolution at the University of Eastern Finland.
