Gateway to Go A Program for Everyone Who Wants to Learn Go - An Easy Toolkit with 5 Lessons "Gateway to Go" is a beginner-friendly program designed to make learning Go accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With a simple, structured approach, the program offers five easy-to-follow lessons, providing both learners and aspiring mentors with the tools to quickly understand and teach the game. The first part of the Gateway to Go workbook introduces a variety of topics related to Go, from its history and culture to the era of AI Go, in a simple and concise way. This section is designed in a storytelling format to help readers become more familiar with the game of Go. The second part of the workbook is a learning guide that allows learners to complete their Go introduction in five lessons. It is structured in five stages, each covering the essential rules of Go. Each lesson consists of three steps: introducing the rules and concepts, explaining them through board situations, and practicing their application with problem-solving exercises. After completing the workbook, participants are encouraged to register for the GTGO Mentor certification via gatewaytogo.org, empowering them to teach others and spread the game, unlocking the many benefits of playing Go for everyone.
