Kurt Haefeli is head of research and development at the Swiss Institute of Vocational Pedagogy in Zollikofen, Switzerland. Anja Heikkinen is Professor in the Department of Education at the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. Iris Ludwig is head of the program «Master in Nursing Science» at the Center of Further Health Care Education in Aarau, Switzerland.
