Alison Beale is an Associate Professor in the School of Communications at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver. Annette Van Den Bosch is an art historian with a Ph.D in Fine Arts from the University of Sydney. She is the Director of Graduate Programs in Arts Administration at the National Centre for Australian Studies, Monash University, Clayton, Victoria.
