An avid reader since childhood, Nancy M. Wade always enjoyed writing stories and upon formal retirement in 2012, she decided to pursue her passion. Nancy has written five historical novels, including a western action adventure trilogy called the "Circle-D Saga". A lover of all things mysterious, Nancy created two cozy mystery series. "A Meadowood Mystery" is set in a small Ohioan town with amateur sleuth and housewife, Meredith Gardner. There are eight novels to date in this series. The "Maddie Brooke Mystery" series includes three novels centered in a historic, southern bed and breakfast inn where recent college graduate turned sleuth, Maddie Brooke, resides with her German shepherd, Luke, and her grandmother's spirited ghost.Nancy is a member of the Tri-Cities Lost State Writers Guild and is an honors graduate of East Tennessee State University.
